Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine
This shrine houses the god of learning, a popular object of devotion. There is a lot to see, including the Momoyama-style main sanctuary, the sacred tobiume "flying plum" tree, and a shrine museum housing many precious objects, including designated national treasures.
