Photovoltaic solar power station constructed on city-owned land affected by the 2011 tsunami. The facility runs experiential learning programs that place importance on presenting one’s thoughts about renewable energy. They also hope to foster young, talented people passionate about Fukushima’s reconstruction by running educational programs for students from elementary level to those in university. Employee training visits also welcome.
